Shandong Seesuns (Formerly XISACE) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Zibo City, the hometown of Chinese ceramics and a famous petrochemical city. The company was established in 2011 with a registered capital of CNY 45.41219 million. After more than 10 years of strive and tenacious struggle ahead, Seesuns has now developed into a domestic leading modern production enterprise of a full range of Metal Alkoxides with total assets of over CNY 500 million and more than 300 of employees.
The company has three wholly-owned companies, namely Shandong Langheng Chemical Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Seesuns New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Dide Shangye Life Science Co., Ltd. The Metal Alkoxide series products produced by Shandong Langheng are widely used in the production of intermediates such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and liquid crystal materials. On the basis of Metal Alkoxide series products, Inner Mongolia Seesuns extends upwards to produce metal potassium and potassium superoxide products, which not only meets the company's raw material needs, but also has wide application in the field of military industry and national defense. Meanwhile extending downwards to produce Di-Tert-Butyl Dicarbonate, which is widely used in the synthesis of various products such as medicine, protein and peptide synthesis, biochemical food, cosmetics, etc. The high-end chemical oxygen equipment developed by Dide Shangye has broad development space in aerospace, mining self-rescue, fire rescue, medical equipment and other fields.
High quality is the accumulation of products, and benefit is the crystallization of the brand. Seesuns always adhere to the scientific and technological innovation as the core of the company's overall development. The granular Metal Alkoxide series products produced by Seesuns filled the technical gap in the industry. The unique granular products have the characteristics of good material fluidity, not easy to agglomerate, and good material dispersibility, which have been unanimously praised by customers both at home and abroad, and are exported to more than 20 countries and regions.
We have obtained 7 independent invention patents, including 4 from Shandong Seesuns New Material Technology Co., Ltd(Hereafter collectively referred to as “Seesuns”) and 3 from Shandong Langheng Chemical Co., Ltd(Hereafter collectively referred to as “Langheng Chemical”). We have obtained 26 utility model patents, including 9 each from Seesuns and Langheng Chemical, and 8 from Inner Mongolia Seesuns New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Shandong Langheng Chemical Co., Ltd has obtained the EU REACH registration certificate, passed the ISO9000 quality management system, ISO14000 environmental management system, and OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system, and has successfully been certified as a high-tech enterprise and a specialized and new "Little Giant" enterprise. Seesuns registered the "RAYHEO" brand trademark, and its products won the honorary titles of "Shandong Famous Brand" and "Shandong Premium Brand", and was also successfully selected as a "Gazella Company" in Shandong Province.
In recent years, the company has continuously updated its business management concepts, focused on building an efficient operation team, accelerated the enterprise information construction, realized the automation of production processes and the refinement of management, and consolidated the development of hard power. The benefits have achieved continuous growth, and the average annual growth rate of operating revenue in the past three years has reached more than 30%. The broad development prospects and advanced technical strength of the company have attracted the gathering of multiple investment institutions. In December 2020, the company introduced strategic shareholders of Sinochem International Industrial Fund.
